SHOWMEE PLATFORM GUIDELINES

The following guidelines are designed to help creators and users maintain a safe, secure, and professional environment on Showmee. All users and creators must follow these rules while using the platform.

 

1. User Eligibility

  • Users and creators must be 18 years or older.

  • By using the platform, you confirm you meet the minimum age requirement and are legally able to enter into agreements under Indian law.

 

2. Account Responsibility

  • Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure.

  • All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.

  • Sharing accounts or login information is strictly prohibited.

 

3. Content Guidelines for Creators

Creators must not upload or share content that:

  • Is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes on intellectual property rights

  • Contains explicit adult content, pornography, or sexually abusive material

  • Promotes gambling, drugs, or any illegal activities

  • Is abusive, harassing, or harmful to other users

Showmee reserves the right to remove content that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

 

4. Payment & Subscription Guidelines

  • All payments must be processed through Showmee-approved payment gateways.

  • Creators must provide the promised digital content or services upon receiving payment.

  • Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

 

5. Prohibited Activities

Users and creators must not:

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform

  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive behavior

  • Violate the platform’s policies or applicable Indian laws

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

 

6. Communication & Support

  • Showmee encourages respectful and professional communication between creators and users.

7. Enforcement & Updates

  • Showmee reserves the right to enforce these guidelines at its sole discretion.

  • These guidelines may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any changes.
