1. Delivery of Services

  • All subscriptions, digital content, and services are delivered immediately after successful payment through your Showmee account.

  • Users can access purchased content directly on the platform without any delay.

 

2. Payment Confirmation

  • Delivery is contingent upon successful payment via our supported payment gateways.

  • If payment fails or is delayed, access to content will not be granted until the payment is confirmed.

 

3. Access Issues

  • If users face issues accessing content, they must contact Showmee within 7 days of purchase.

  • Our support team will resolve access issues promptly.

 

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds for digital content and subscriptions are handled according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • Once a digital product has been accessed, it may not be eligible for a refund.
