REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Showmee provides digital content and subscription-based services. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any purchases.

 

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered if submitted within 7 days of purchase and only under the following conditions:

  • The subscription or service has not yet been activated

  • The creator fails to deliver the promised content or service

 

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Subscription or content that has already been activated or accessed

  • Change of mind after using the service

  • Violation of platform policies or Terms & Conditions

 

3. Cancellation

  • Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.

  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not guarantee a refund for the current subscription period.

 

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time may take 7–10 business days depending on the payment gateway.
