At Showmee, we strive to provide creators and their audiences with the best possible experience. As digital content is instantly accessible, we offer a transparent and fair refund process to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of digital items, certain conditions apply to refunds.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests for digital items (such as videos, photos, stories, or other downloadable content) can only be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • If the digital content is faulty, missing, or does not meet the described standards, you may request a refund after a thorough review of the issue.
  • Refunds are not applicable once the digital content has been accessed, downloaded, or streamed unless the content is found to be defective.
  • Content that is explicitly marked as non-refundable or part of promotional deals is not eligible for refunds.

2. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request for digital items, please follow the steps below:

  • Contact our customer support team at support@showmee.in with your purchase details, including your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  • You may be required to provide supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots or error messages) to assist with the refund review process.
  • Refund will be processed and credited within 5-7 business days after approval.

3. Refund Methods

Refunds for digital items will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Once digital content has been accessed, downloaded, or streamed, it is non-refundable, unless the content is deemed faulty or unavailable.
  • Digital content that has been explicitly marked as final sale, promotional, or part of a special offer is not eligible for a refund.
  • If the refund request is made after 7 days from the original transaction date, it will not be considered.

5. Faulty or Missing Content

If the digital content you purchased is faulty, unavailable, or not as described, please contact our customer support immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing you with a replacement content or issuing a refund after a review.

NOTE: Refunds are not applicable if you download or access the service. Refunds for custom services are provided only when the creator fails to deliver the service within the given time period.
