At Showmee, we offer digital content and services to our users. As all our products are digital, there is no physical shipping involved. This page outlines how digital items are delivered to you and the processes we follow to ensure a smooth and secure delivery experience.

1. Delivery of Digital Content

Once your purchase is complete, digital content such as videos, photos, stories, or any other downloadable items will be delivered immediately or within the specified time frame as follows:

  • Instant Download: Most content will be available for immediate download after your purchase is confirmed. You will be provided with a link to download the content directly to your device.
  • Subscription Access: For subscription-based content, you will gain access to the subscribed content within your account dashboard once payment is processed. You can view and download content based on the terms of your subscription plan.
  • Custom Services: If you’ve purchased a custom service, such as personalized content, delivery will occur within the time frame agreed upon with the creator. Delivery times may vary depending on the nature of the service.

2. Delivery Confirmation

Upon successful completion of a transaction, a confirmation email with a link to the purchased content will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. The email will contain:

  • A receipt of your purchase.
  • Download links for digital content (if applicable).
  • Instructions on how to access your purchased subscription or content.

3. Delivery Times

We aim to provide immediate or timely access to all digital items, but please note the following:

  • Instant Access Content: Available for download immediately after purchase.
  • Subscription-Based Content: Access granted immediately after payment is processed and confirmed.
  • Custom Services: Delivery of custom services will be provided within the agreed time frame. If there is any delay, you will be notified by the creator or showmee customer support.

4. Issues with Delivery

If you encounter any issues with downloading or accessing your digital content, please reach out to our customer support team at support@showmee.in. We will work promptly to resolve any issues, including:

  • Content not being available after purchase.
  • Broken or expired download links.
  • Access issues for subscription-based content.

5. Refunds for Delivery Issues

If digital content is not delivered as described or is unavailable, please contact us within 7 days from the purchase date for a refund or replacement. We will assess the situation and ensure you receive either a working copy of the content or a refund where applicable.

NOTE: Digital items are delivered electronically and cannot be physically shipped. Ensure you have a stable internet connection to download or stream your purchased content. Delivery delays are rare but may occur due to payment processing or technical issues.
